You used to be —

are still an athlete.

Then came the desk. The commute. The meetings that could've been emails. Here's the truth nobody tells you: the athlete didn't leave — the system did. You didn't get soft. You got busy, and nobody handed you a plan built for the life you actually live. The Comeback Club is that plan.

Built With a Full-Time Job

I'm not a genetic freak, and I don't train four hours a day.

But in the last fourteen months, on a system built around a real schedule, I took my marathon from 4:45 to 3:27 on the same course. I ran 37 miles with 8,000 feet of climbing through the mountains. Two weeks later I was on a track running quarter-mile repeats at a pace I couldn't touch in high school.

This summer that same system took my mile to 5:36 and my 5K from 20:02 to 19:37 — in a single week. Not because I found more time. Because I stopped training randomly and started training like an athlete again — running that builds an engine, lifting that builds a frame, mobility that keeps a desk-job body moving like it did at 18.

That system is what I coach. And now it's what you can train on, every single month.

Pick What You're Chasing

Track 01

Speed

5K / 10K. Shorter, sharper run workouts — intervals, strides, top-end speed. Built for the feeling of being fast again.

Track 02

Endurance

Half / Marathon. The long run is the anchor and grows every month. Built for the athlete who can go forever.

Everything You Need to Train Like an Athlete Again

01

Monthly Running Programs

Two tracks — Speed (5K/10K) and Endurance (half/marathon). Real paces, real structure, a fresh 4-week block every month.

02

Athlete Strength Sessions

Purposeful, unilateral, functional — built on hinge, squat, push, pull, carry. Keeps you fast and strong. Dumbbells or a basic gym, bodyweight versions for everything.

03

Weekly Mobility Flows

10–15 minute follow-alongs that undo the desk and keep training sustainable past week six — where most comebacks quietly die.

04

Monthly Challenges + Leaderboard

Mile time trials, hill repeats, plank ladders. Baseline in August, retest in December — the gap between the two is the real scoreboard. You miss competing. I know you do.

05

Monthly Live Q&A + Direct Access

Bring your training, your race, your plateau. Questions answered in the community, form checks, plan adjustments when life gets in the way.

06

The PR Playbooks

My exact taper, pacing, and race-week protocols — the same ones behind the mile and 5K numbers above.

Straight Answers

Is this 1-on-1 coaching?

No — the Club is group programming. Every month you get the full training system (running, strength, mobility) in two tracks — Speed (5K/10K) and Endurance (half/marathon); you pick yours and train alongside the whole Club. If you want a plan built specifically around you with direct check-ins, check out a Custom Plan or The Athletic Rebuild, my 1-on-1 coaching.

How much time does it take?

45–60 minutes a day, five to six days a week. Built for a person with a job, not a pro with a nap schedule.

I haven't trained seriously in years. Is this for me?

It's built for exactly you. Every program has an on-ramp tier, and the strength work scales from bodyweight up. You start where you are.

What happens after I join?

You're in the Club instantly — membership is free and lives on Skool, no card required. The pinned Start Here post walks you through picking your track, posting an intro, and starting this week's training. Cancel anytime in two clicks from your settings.
